The location was convenient. Trams were easily accessible.
The noise from the street was significant. I heard service trucks and bottle recycling early each morning. Inside the room, there was constant running water in the pipes. It sounded like water draining from other rooms. The mattress was far too soft for my liking.

I found the reception staff very cute and helpful. The room seemed spacious with plenty of room for luggage. I spent some time at the top floor bar. It included a restaurant with expansive views. The electronic blackout blind gave me a great night sleep. The breakfast buffet had variety and tasted very good. The location provides easy access to public transport. The entrance area appearred beautiful, with a good lobby. I was able to enjoy tea on a rainy day, looking out the window at the river. The breakfast room seem spacious with a relaxing atmosphere. The room was clean and the location felt strategic for visiting different zones. The personnel in reception were great and the service staff was nice. The bar on the roof looked nice, and the view seemed fantastic.
The shower seemed to flood the entire bathroom. I used towels to stop the water spreading.

The breakfast buffet offered an really good selection of foods. I also appreciated the convenient location near the ferry pier. My room had a sea view, I was really surprised by this.
The gym required an extra fee, I did not use it for this reason. The spa sessions have set times with no flexibility. Dirty towels and paper mugs were all over the spa area. It did not feel luxurious.

The staff were so cute and helpful. our room had beautiful toiletries from rituals and a nespresso coffee machine, that was amazing!!! the bed was comfortable, i fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow.
The pool requires an extra charge. It felt a little much given the overall cost of the stay. i believe the pool should be free to use for all hotel guests. It would greatly improve the guest experience.

The hotel is centrally located, close to shops and restaurants. This location makes exploration easy. transportation is readily available with tram, bus, and ferry stops nearby. It is easy to explore the city.

The hotel staff are warm, friendly, and very accommodating to your requests. They go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels welcomed. the breakfast buffet offers many choices and the staff keep everything very clean. It is a pleasant experience.

The premium double room was super clean and comfortable. It had a selection of pillows. high-end toiletries from rituals were provided. This added a touch of luxury. a coffee machine was available in the room. This ensured a great morning.
